Brymore Academy in Bridgwater is seeking a part-time Pastoral Manager to join the pastoral team. You will lead, develop and monitor pastoral support across the school, working closely with senior leaders, teaching staff and external agencies to provide high-quality care for students inside a boarding environment.
The role focuses on delivering one-to-one and group interventions to improve wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and educational outcomes, while offering guidance to staff and fostering.
