Bridgwater College Academy is seeking an Assistant Head of Year 7 to lead student support within the Year 7 cohort, working with pupils, families and staff to promote positive behaviour, wellbeing, attendance and academic progress. The post holder will oversee interventions and help remove barriers to learning, supporting students to achieve their full potential.
