UCS College Group are looking to appoint a College Accountant who will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Financial Reporting Manager. UCS College Group consists of four Colleges, Group Support and a subsidiary. The annual turnover for the group is budgeted to exceed ÂŁ85m in 2025/26.
The role will support the Group's financial strategy by providing comprehensive support to budget holders, identifying opportunities to grow surplus and ensure resources are utilised efficiently. Responsibilities will include creating budgets, regular forecasts and longerâterm financial models to support business strategy. You will be expected to support budget holders in understanding the impact of their financial performance and support with adhering to internal and external regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in Financial Planning and have worked in a large and complex organisation. A strong commitment to customer service and a diligent work ethic are essential for success in this role.
