Position Summary

  • Central Support Chef Area covering: Uxbridge, Maidenhead, Slough and surrounding areas.
  • Working days: Monday to Friday.
  • Shift & working hours: 45 hours per week.
  • Working weeks: 42 weeks per year.
  • Pay: £35,000 per year plus mileage claimed back.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the training and development of onsite chefs.
  • Cover sickness across our sites.
  • Be part of the mobilisation team.
  • Support the operations manager across the portfolio of sites.
  • Provide chef management experience, ideally from secondary education.
  • Use craft skills to support the kitchen when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and highly organised.
  • Understanding of how to prioritise effectively.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Successful candidates must undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and children’s barred list check (paid for by IFG).
