About the role

  • School Location: Westonbirt School, Tetbury, GL8 8QG
  • Working Days: 5 days out of 7 - includes weekends
  • Shifts & Working hours: Various Shifts 9am-5pm/ 10am-6pm/ 11.30-7.30pm/ 12noon-8pm (40 hours per week)
  • Working Weeks: 52 weeks per year
  • Pay Details: £29,120 per Annum

What will I be doing?

As a Catering Supervisor, you’ll support the Chef Manager in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to lead a team that delivers a high-quality food service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Chef Manager by supervising a section of the kitchen
  • Leading and motivating team members during service
  • Delivering a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all customers
  • Assisting with the preparation of food and snacks
  • Providing counter service and operating the till
  • Ensuring kitchen and dining areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards
