Working Hours & Days: Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 4:30pm (45 hours per week)
Annual Weeks: 42 weeks per year (term time, inset days and 3 additional weeks)

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team.
- Prepare and cook meals using fresh seasonal ingredients at volume.
- Liaise directly with onsite clients.
- Ensure service runs smoothly and food safety/health & safety due diligence is adhered to.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Chef Manager with people management skills.
- Proficiency in cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients on a large scale.
- Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Understanding of health‐safety and food‐safety regulations.
- Successful completion of an enhanced DBS check (employer covers cost).
