Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Experienced Cook/Chef Manager with strong cooking and people management skills.
- Skillful in cooking using fresh seasonal ingredients at volume, managing the kitchen, and liaising directly with onsite clients.
- Head up the team, ensuring smooth service operations and adherence to all due diligence requirements.
- Successful candidates must undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and children's barred list check (covered by IFG).
- An interview and kitchen visit will be required for this role.
