FIXED TERM CONTRACT - 12 months
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist experienced operators in operating rolling mills and related machinery.
- Monitor production processes according to production schedules and customer specifications and report any deviations or issues.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to maintain high quality standards.
- Participate in routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks to ensure equipment functionality.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets and maintain product quality.
- Adhering to strict safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area.
Skills
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar industrial setting is preferred but not mandatory. We encourage enthusiastic and motivated individuals to apply.
- Basic understanding of machinery and manufacturing processes is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
- Enthusiastic approach to learning new skills and growing within the company.
- Understanding safety procedures and willingness to comply with all safety guidelines.

Working Hours:
2 Vacancies available. Please see below for available shifts:
- 1 x 4 on / 4 off (2 Days / 2 Nights - 12 hour shifts. 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)
- 1 x Mon - Fri 16/5 (6am-2pm first week, 2pm-10pm following week. 8 hour shifts)
