Main Duties
- Manage and coordinate facilities related projects across site from initiation through to completion, under the supervision and direction of the Facilities Manager.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource requirements, coordinating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables for review and approval by the Facilities Manager where required.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders on performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Projects include but are not limited to:
- Oversee asbestos removal, ensuring works are planned and executed safely and efficiently.
- Refurbishment works across site including roof repair.
- Civil improvement projects, such as roads, traffic management, drainage, and associated infrastructure works.
- Building repairs, renovations, and new construction projects.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities and resolve issues.
- Support the management of contractor performance and activities on site to ensure compliance with project and safety requirements.
- Monitor project expenditure in line with approval from the Facilities Manager and support cost-effective delivery of projects, including working with Procurement to source suppliers, materials, and services.
- Propose and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure project success, escalating significant issues to the Facilities Manager where appropriate.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues where required.
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
- Promote safe working practices and environmental standards across all project activities.
- Conduct health & safety risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safe working practices.

- All works completed in line with relevant construction, civil engineering, and safety standards and codes.
Health & Safety
