- 1 x 4 on / 4 off (2 Days / 2 Nights β 12 hour shifts. 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)
- 1 x Mon β Fri 16/5 (6am-2pm first week, 2pm-10pm following week. 8 hour shifts)
Responsibilities
- Assist experienced operators in operating rolling mills and related machinery.
- Monitor production processes according to production schedules and customer specifications and report any deviations or issues.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to maintain high quality standards.
- Participate in routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks to ensure equipment functionality.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets and maintain product quality.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar industrial setting is preferred but not mandatory.
