We are carrying out 225 till surveys to all Matalan stores across the UK. This job requires working away from home. Accommodation is provided as well as van and fuel card. Start date 1st August 2025.
Typically carrying out survey to x2-x3 stores a day.
Duties:
Till Survey
As part of the site survey included in the documentation:
- Site details
- Site survey date
- Till Type (We can supply some guidance on this)
- Line display type
- Till Plate type (We can supply some guidance on this, but it is a plate that the POS sits on to bring it in line with the counter)
- Cash desk type including size of space around current POS (Photo required)
- Number of network points / locations
- Serial numbers and model details of peripherals e.g. scanner & Receipt printer
- Cash drawer size
- Photos of the comms cabinet
- Serial numbers of switches / routers
Using the electronic nest form app you\’ll be required to fill the form step by step for the survey to be complete:
- Site Information
- Manned Till QTY & Locations
- Manned Till Per Lane Information
- ACO Qty & Location
- ACO POS Per Lane Information
- Online Return Scanner
- Returns Label Printer
- Comms
- Mobile Devices
- Wi-Fi Scan
- Departure Information
- Signatures
- Any recommendations for example re-patching of comms cabinet
