In this role, you will be responsible for winning new instructions and listing properties for market while consistently delivering exceptional customer service. You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients, both face‑to‑face and over the phone, and maximise every opportunity to book appointments for our in‑house Mortgage Advisors.

- Have previous estate agency experience (e.g., Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator)
- Be confident in generating new business in a target‑driven environment
- Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
- Hold a full UK driving licence
