Trainee Lettings Negotiator
We’re looking for a motivated individual to be our next Trainee Lettings Negotiator for our fantastic Bridgfords team based in Withington.

What We’re Looking For:
Do you have a natural ability to communicate and persuade? Are you confident, competitive, and resilient? If you answered yes, we’d love to hear from you! Don’t worry if you’re new to the industry, we can teach you everything else you need to know!
Your Role:
- Generate and book new client prospects
- Qualify and service new applicants
- Carry out property viewings
- Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
- Administer tenancies (with support)
- Provide outstanding customer service
