Sales Valuer

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Lister to join our team in one of our larger, high-performing branches. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, busy office environment with strong support and excellent earning potential.

The Role

• Winning new instructions and growing market share
• Carrying out property valuations and listing homes for sale
• Building strong relationships with vendors and maintaining high service levels
• Working closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities
• Representing the brand professionally at all times

Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in estate agency or step up into a listing role.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in estate agency is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, driven, and target-focused mindset
• Well-presented with a professional approach
• Full UK driving licence
