Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Darlington residential sales team.
  • Lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success.

This is a hands-on leadership role with clear career pathways and long-term opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency.
  • A strong people leader with a passion for coaching and development.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer-focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Numerate, detail-focused and results-driven.
  • Full UK driving licence.
