Working in a whites kitchen in a care home for adults with learning disabilities, you will be preparing nutritious meals according to care plans, different dietary requirements and individual preferences for approximately 20 residents.
You will be responsible for all other aspects of kitchen management including:
- Fridge/food temperatures
- Stock control
- Ordering
- Cleaning
- Food hygiene
- Infection control
