Telesales Account Manager
Location: Weymouth, Dorset DT4 9GH
Salary: £32,000 per annum + Uncapped commission (OTE £60k +)
Full Time: Mon-Fri 9am – 5 pm

What You\'ll Do:
- Proactively reach out to B2B leads and convert them into loyal clients
- Build and manage your own portfolio of regular customers
- Quote for air, sea, and road freight (UK, Import, Export)
- Work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth logistics
- Hit realistic sales targets—while earning uncapped residual commission

- Open to learning and development—no prior telesales experience needed

- Comfortable using email, phone, and basic computer systems
