One of the larger businesses within a group of wholesalers & distributors who in total turn over £1 billion are looking for a confident, detailed-focused and organised Commercial Product Administrator to join their Head Office team in Newbury. You'll be joining a well-established leading super distributor of electrical products belonging to a global group of companies that employ over 1,800 people throughout the UK. In this role you'll work as an integral part of one of the group's largest and most prestigious divisions. The division in question are a long-established and highly respected business who have been trading for 100 years. They have a fantastic reputation in their sector and are a key supplier to the UK electrical wholesale market. This business contributes to over £180m of the overall group turnover. Role Responsibilities As a Product Services Administrator you will: Coordinate and update pricing within the company and manage the product database. Manage new price lists into the company, understand the changes and their impact on the business and be able to communicate to relevant areas of the business. Interpret and analyse information from suppliers ie, information on new products. Liaise between internal stakeholders and external manufacturers about stock and price changes. Be instrumental in ensuring the company's catalogue is produced on time and its content is correct. Compile quarterly pricing documents for the company catalogue and aid with the production of fliers, brochures and catalogues.
