A growing renewables distribution business is looking for a Customer Service Transport & Logistics Coordinator to join their busy team at their Middlesbrough location. You will be joining a specialist renewables division within a national £1.7 billion group of electrical distribution companies. RewardsAs a Customer Service Transport & Logistics Coordinator, you will receive:
- A starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
- An uncapped, lucrative profit share bonus

As a Customer Service Transport & Logistics Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate and book transport for customer deliveries
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing delivery updates and resolving queries
- Liaise with transport providers, warehouses and internal teams to ensure deliveries run smoothly
- Monitor deliveries and proactively communicate any delays or issues to customers
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails relating to delivery schedules and order status
- Investigate and resolve delivery-related problems quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, transport bookings and customer communications
- Support the sales team by managing delivery enquiries and providing excellent customer service
To be successful in this Customer Service Transport & Logistics Coordinator role, you should have:
- Experience within logistics customer service, transport coordination or a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office
