A well-established and highly successful distribution business is looking to recruit an ambitious Graduate Trainee to join their Avonmouth head office, with a clear progression into a field-based sales role covering Gloucestershire and the surrounding area. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or aspiring sales professional based in or around Gloucester to join a fast-paced, customer-focused business with clear and quick progression into field sales.
The Opportunity
- You will be joining a leading super distributor of electrical products that forms part of a global group employing over 1,700 people across the UK.
- With consistent year-on-year growth and a long-standing reputation in the market, the business is a key supplier to the UK electrical wholesale sector.
- They work closely with major manufacturers including Tassimo, Dyson, Morphy Richards, Bosch and Philips, among many others.
- While the Avonmouth site is brand new, the business itself is firmly established and continuing to invest heavily in its people and infrastructure.
- As a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee, you will complete a structured commercial training programme designed to prepare you for a move into field sales within 3-9 months (how quickly you progress is directly linked to your ambition and ability).
- Once you progress into field sales, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships across Gloucestershire and the surrounding region, supported by the Avonmouth head office.
- In this exciting role with added responsibility, you will receive a company car, with further progression opportunities into management available in the future.
