Responsibilities
As a Business Manager, you will :
- Oversee the full day-to-day operations of the business, taking ownership of P&L performance, and leading a high-performing team across sales, marketing, logistics, and purchasing
- Inspire, mentor, and develop your team to achieve their full potential, fostering a positive and results-driven workplace culture
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing customers and suppliers
- Ensure targets and objectives are consistently met or exceeded, contributing to the ongoing success and expansion of the branch
