A leading distributor of heating products and spares is looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Internal Sales professional to join their growing team in Wolverhampton. Role Responsibilities

Internal Sales:

  • Manage inbound enquiries, quotations, order processing and customer follow-ups.

Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and develop new commercial business opportunities, particularly within facilities management and contractor markets.

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.

Customer Service:

  • Deliver a consistently high level of service across phone and email communication.

Product Support:

  • Advise customers on heating parts and product solutions.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure excellent customer outcomes and smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this Internal Sales role, you should have:

  • Previous experience within the heating, plumbing or related industry would be ideal
  • Internal sales, trade counter or customer-facing sales experience
