A leading distributor of heating products and spares is looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Internal Sales professional to join their growing team in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a heating or plumbing background who enjoys building relationships, developing business and working within a fast-paced environment. With a strong focus on developing commercial business opportunities, this role offers the chance to work with facilities management companies, contractors and key commercial customers, while also managing and developing high-value key accounts.

- Internal Sales: Manage inbound enquiries, quotations, order processing and customer follow-ups.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and develop new commercial business opportunities, particularly within facilities management and contractor markets.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Customer Service: Deliver a consistently high level of service across phone and email communication.
- Product Support: Advise customers on heating parts and product solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure excellent customer outcomes and smooth day-to-day operations.
To be successful in this Internal Sales role, you should have:
- Previous experience within the heating, plumbing or related industry would be ideal
