The Opportunity
As a General Manager, you will:
- Have full autonomy and be responsible for the running of the entire business, including full P&L, managing and mentoring employees, driving sales, marketing, logistics and purchasing
- Develop and maintain relationships with both new and some existing customers
- Ensure the achievement of your set targets and objectives
- Drive sales growth and company performance
- Be at the forefront of representing and growing your business
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- B2B sales and management experience
- Experience in the industrial sector, this can be mechanical, electrical etc.
