A market-leading HVAC and BMS controls distributor is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Internal Sales Executive to join its successful team in Cardiff. You’ll inherit an established customer base, receive comprehensive product training and play a key role in driving sales growth across a wide range of HVAC and building controls solutions. Working closely with contractors, distributors, system integrators and FM companies, you’ll build long‑term customer relationships while developing your technical expertise and commercial skills.

Role Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of customer accounts
- Build strong relationships with contractors, distributors, system integrators and end users
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
- Produce quotations and provide technical product solutions
- Work closely with the external sales team to maximise opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to strengthen the product offering and improve profitability
- Deliver profitable sales growth across your customer base
- Monitor market activity and identify potential opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Requirements
- Experience in internal sales, account management, customer service or B2B sales
