About the Role
As a Learning Mentor, you will:
- Support pupils' emotional wellbeing and personal development
- Help children overcome barriers to learning
- Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff
- Deliver targeted interventions and mentoring sessions
- Encourage confidence, resilience, and positive behaviour
- Work closely with teachers, parents and external agencies to support pupil success
