Who are we?The Bridgewater story began after personal experiences of care for our own family. It was through this difficult time that we experienced numerous challenges that we did not expect. Finding a high quality, trustworthy, and credible home care provider for our loved one proved more difficult than it should be. Like you, we don’t think that this process should have been difficult, let alone stressful and unsettling, and we soon realised that it was up to us to provide a solution. It was from this moment that Bridgewater Home Care was established, with quality, reliability, and trust at the forefront of everything we do to this day. We soon realised how much our clients valued the honest and trustworthy approach we adopted and how they deserved so much more than just a traditional home care service; they became part of our extended Bridgewater Family.
