Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey with our esteemed engineering firm as we seek a talented Civil & Rail Manager to lead our clients dynamic team in Glasgow. This permanent role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact, shaping the future of our rail and civil engineering projects. As a Chartered Engineer with a proven track record in rail and general civil/structural engineering, you will be the technical design lead, driving the delivery of exceptional services to our valued clients.

  • Exhibit strong leadership abilities, guiding and mentoring junior colleagues to deliver a consistently high-quality service to our clients
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, such as the CDM Regulations, to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality
  • Collaborate effectively with Clients, Contractors, Local Authorities, and other relevant third parties to foster lasting partnerships
