In this role, you will contribute to a broad range of ongoing and upcoming projects, including major residential schemes, renewable energy installations, and several key programmes for local government authorities. Become a key member of their dynamic geoenvironmental engineering team and make a real difference to the projects they work on. As a Geoenvironmental Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of exciting initiatives, from residential developments and renewable energy projects to local government initiatives. With a permanent role and the support of an established team of engineers and directors, you'll be able to apply your expertise in geoenvironmental and coal mining assessments to drive the success of their diverse portfolio.

Preferred Requirements:
- Proficiency in geoenvironmental and coal mining assessments, including Phase 1 & 2 report writing, Coal Mining Risk Assessments, Remediation Strategies, Validation Reports, and Geotechnical Assessments
- Ability to combine geotechnical assessment (bearing capacity/settlement calculations), ground gas assessments, mining studies, and the significance of measured soil and groundwater concentrations
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to tackle complex environmental and geotechnical challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with the established team of engineers and directors
- Passion for making a positive impact on the projects you're involved in
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Geoenvironmental Engineering or a related field
- Relevant experience in the engineering and manufacturing sector, preferably in a similar role
