About the role: As part of our growing geotechnical team, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and shape the direction of our environmental services. This is a permanent role with a supportive and inclusive team culture.

  • Opportunity to manage small/medium projects from inception to delivery.

  • Oversee contaminated land assessments and remediation strategies, liaising with client teams, regulators, and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Support and deliver a wide range of contaminated land risk management services, from early-stage desk studies to site investigations, risk assessments, environmental due diligence, and material management.
  • Ensure that budget, programme, and quality requirements are met for the projects you manage.
  • Demonstrate expertise in contaminated land and environmental risk management.
  • Possess strong communication, reporting, and project management skills.

Minimum of 4 years experience ideally in a consultancy setup.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in environmental science, geology, earth sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience in Phase I and II assessments, site investigation, and remediation strategies.
  • Familiarity with UK environmental regulations and industry guidance, with chartered status (e.g., CEnv, CGeol) or working towards chartership desirable.
