In this permanent role, you\’ll be part of an experienced and enthusiastic work-winning team, securing profitable new opportunities for the GI operations division of our clients UK\’s Infrastructure Business Unit. With your expertise in ground investigation, estimating, quantity surveying, and experience in the roads and rail sectors, you\’ll play a crucial part in driving the company\’s success.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Develop confidence and knowledge of GI techniques, standard specifications, and forms of contract
  • Support and assist the wider Geotechnical Estimating team
  • Ensure bids are produced with appropriate allowance for compliance with all relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation
  • Utilize the estimating template to demonstrate clear compliance with company commercial procedures and authorization levels
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, and main contractors throughout the tender phase

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant GI industry experience
  • Awareness of GI specifications, procedures, techniques, standards, and codes of practice
