Associate Director Structural Engineering

Preferred Requirements:

• Extensive experience in infrastructure design at a senior level, with a proven track record in management roles
• In-depth knowledge of UK industry standards, including Network Rail GRIP/PGS, RIBA, CDM Regulations, Eurocodes, and BS/EN
• Expertise in business development, frameworks, and client engagement within the UK market
• Commercial awareness and experience in contract forms
• Familiarity with BIM, digital engineering tools, and sustainability practices in infrastructure delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE or MIStructE) status
• Preferably endorsed as CRE (Civils/Structures) for Network Rail projects
