The Bank Flexible Support Worker will be responsible for providing support to clients with enduring mental ill‑health to live valued lives within the community. This includes providing emotional and social care, working closely with clients and their relatives/carers, and protecting their dignity, choice, self‑esteem and well‑being at all times.
