We are seeking a professional, commercially focused Motorcycle Tyre Sales Executive to support the continued growth of our motorcycle division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the company at industry events and promotional activities. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales capability, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to support weekend events, exhibitions, and customer activations within the motorcycle sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with motorcycle dealers, workshops, distributors, and trade customers
  • Deliver sales growth in line with company objectives and agreed targets
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Promote the company’s motorcycle tyre range and associated products professionally and effectively
  • Provide technical and commercial product guidance to customers
  • Conduct regular customer visits and maintain accurate account records
  • Monitor market activity, competitor developments, and customer trends
  • Support marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and product launches
  • Represent the business at motorcycle trade shows, exhibitions, race events, dealer open days, and other industry-related activities
  • Participate in weekend and out-of-hours events as required by the business
  • Prepare pipeline updates and performance reports
  • Collaborate with internal departments including operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure high service standards
  • Maintain strong brand representation and professional conduct at all times
  • Travel within assigned regions and occasional overnight stays may be required

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Full UK Driving licence - Ability to travel across the UK as required.
  • Previous experience within tyre sales, automotive sales, or the motorcycle industry preferred
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage territory activity effectively
  • Flexibility to travel and attend weekend events and exhibitions
  • Good organisational and reporting skills
  • Competent IT skills including CRM and Microsoft Office applications
  • Full motorcycle licence preferred

Desirable Experience

  • Knowledge of motorcycle tyres, fitment, and performance applications
  • Experience working with dealer networks or trade accounts
  • Passion for motorcycles, motorsport, or automotive sectors
