Purpose of the Role
The In Market EBS Specialist will be responsible for supporting sales operations and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). This role focuses on maintaining close contact with customers, handling legal and contractual documentation, and overseeing administrative processes related to fleet solutions. The specialist will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality in all customer-facing and internal activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Teamwork
- Support other region specialists and resource planning to support daily operations and monthly reporting cycles.
- Conduct regular regional performance reviews and training sessions to foster development and engagement.
- Act as escalation point for complex customer issues not solved by COE or SSC and ensure timely resolution.
- Contract & Documentation Management
- Draft, review, and finalize contract details, including commercial and financial clauses.
- Coordinate internal and customer signatures using digital tools.
- Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and company policies.
- Implement new tools and training to dealers and salesforce on Bridgestone processes.
- Collect all necessary documentation for new customers activation.
- Pricing & Proposal Preparation
- Agree on volume and corridor pricing with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Prepare initial technical and commercial proposals for fleet customers.
- Approve final calculations before system entry.
- Fleet Data & System Management
- Ensure Fleet Contract Master Data in Fleetbridge is always updated and accurate.
- Oversee Fleet Worksheet management and ensure data accuracy.
- Support necessary documentation and process for PPK billing and damaged tire claims.
- Launch and monitor BIIP entries and reporting for approval.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare and calculate volume and margin by fleet.
- Consolidate query reporting and ensure proper approval workflows.
- Monitor KPIs related to fleet business, open worksheets accrual, service providers delay, etc.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service, sales administration, or team leadership.
- Knowledge of CRM/ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Salesforce).
- Proven ability to lead stakeholders and manage change.
- Experience in Fleet management systems.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of SAP, Fleetbridge.
- Familiarity with EMEA-specific pricing workflows.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Good knowledge of TBR business.
