TYRE TECHNICIAN

Job Purpose

Our Tyre Technicians play an integral role in keeping our customers moving. Bridgestone are now seeking enthusiastic, determined individuals with unquestionable hunger to learn to join our team of Tyre Technicians. Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Supervisor the Tyre Technician is responsible for regularly inspecting customer fleets and identifying, prioritising and rectifying issues in a timely manner. The role covers the Doncaster area.

Working hours are 37.5 hours per week (permanent). The schedule does not include weekends. Technicians have the opportunity to choose their hours of work to suit them and the customer best.

What we need from you

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Can-do attitude with a passion to learn
  • Enthusiastic and reliable attitude
  • Experience working to tight timescales and targets
  • Previous commercial tyre fitting experience
  • Tyre fitting experience preferred, but not essential – full training will be provided
  • Ability to use IT equipment (including laptop, tablet and mobile phone)
  • Ability to prioritise daily workload
