ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Tyre Technicians play an integral role in keeping our customers moving. Bridgestone are now seeking enthusiastic, determined individuals with unquestionable hunger to learn to join our team of Tyre Technicians. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager the Tyre Technician is responsible for regularly inspecting our customer fleets and identifying, prioritising and rectifying issues in a timely manner. Working hours are 37.5 hours (permanent) per week and this does not include weekends as we know how much you value your weekends! Technicians can choose their hours of work to suit them and the customer best. We want to hear from people who can take the challenge, unleash their creative potential and contribute to the company success demonstrating ownership, courage and agility. We want you to develop your skills, expand your knowledge and be proud of your work.
What we need from you:
- A Full UK driving license
- Punctual and reliable
- A 'can do’ attitude with a passion to learn
- An enthusiastic attitude and reliability
- Experience of working to tight timescales and targets
- Previous commercial tyre fitting experience
- Tyre fitting experience preferred, but not essential – full training will be provided
- The ability to use IT equipment (including laptop, tablet and mobile phone)
- The ability to prioritise a daily workload
