Quality Technician / Inspector - Shift Work Hengoed £26,140 - £27,293 per annum Bridgestone Group are recruiting Quality Technicians / Inspectors to join a busy production environment on a permanent basis. The role focuses on ensuring products meet required quality standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Training will be provided to get you up to speed with product and process requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain quality standards according to drawings, specifications, and internal procedures.
- Audit and inspect products on the production floor.
- Ensure all quality documentation and samples are completed, signed off, and recorded correctly.
- Perform scheduled visual, dimensional, and fit checks on components, recording results for production and process verification.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and report quality issues promptly.
Shift Pattern & Salary:
£26,140 to £27,293 per annum 3 Shift Pattern; Days, Afternoons & Nights Candidate
Requirements:
- Previous experience in quality control or inspection (minimum 1 year).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with numbers, measurements, and computer systems.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience with CMM or injection moulding is advantageous but not essential.
