We are looking for a Commercial Business Consultant reporting directly to the Commercial Sales Manager. This is a regional role, based in South.
Main Responsibilities:
- To take responsibility for the management sales processes of your designated sales area: securing and managing all KPIs of sales and after-sales directly to our Bridgestone partners to meet the required targets.
- Managing sales to existing and prospective independent commercial truck service providers.
- Liaising with Bridgestone partners and managing and growing a portfolio of local and regional fleets through both products and solutions from the Bridgestone group.
- Creating and maintaining a relationship with vehicle dealerships around designated area in order to secure local knowledge of fleets with new vehicles.
- Working with our Bandag franchise partners to facilitate and support new business in both dealers and fleets. Develop new business partner opportunities to secure our service network.
- Work with Webfleet Solutions team to grow the value proposition to existing and new fleets and partners.
Key Results Areas:
- Budget targets Achievement (Volumes, Net Sales, Profitability)
- Ensure volume sales and profitability achievement following the Commercial Business unit strategy.
- Liaise with the assigned dealers and fleets to offer the Bridgestone products and solutions to provide added value to the end users.
- Measure risks and opportunities for the sales drivers (Demand, Competitors, fleets) in the assigned area to secure the commercial delivery.
- Define and propose countermeasures when necessary to achieve target.
- Follow-up and manage customer's credit to avoid target fail.
Sales performance in terms of:
- Volume (Units) and Market Share (MS%)
- Net Sales, Profit both in GBP & %
- Mix Improvement (Brand and Product)
- Improve the in house share of the Bridgestone product range at the assigned dealers.
Required Capabilities and experience:
- Preferred at least 2 years' experience in sales.
- Effective communication skills.
- Goal focus orientation.
- Strong negotiation skills at all levels.
- Commercial acumen.
- IT office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Able to work under high sales performance pressure.
- Advanced level of English (written & spoken).
- Travel percentage 70%.
