The role involves ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency in a fastâpaced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will lead maintenance activities, drive continuous improvement, and serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance activities and ensure asset health
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimise downtime
- Contribute to process optimisation and proactive maintenance routines
- Liaise with crossâfunctional teams to integrate predictive maintenance insights
