Bridgestone Group are pleased to be working with a leading provider of water network services who are looking for a Trunk Main Leakage Team Leader to support field operations across Central and North Wales. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role within a vital and growing sector, contributing to the reduction of water loss, protection of the environment, and improved resilience for local communities.
The Role
You will lead a specialist team focused on trunk main leakage detection and operational delivery. Acting as the key point of contact for field staff, including Acoustic Logging Coordinators and Logging Inspectors, you’ll ensure the efficient execution of leakage identification, reporting, and resolution activities. The role combines people leadership, operational coordination, safety management, and performance analysis. You’ll work largely outdoors and must be comfortable travelling across the region, adapting to weather and operational demands.
Key Duties
- Act as first-line support for field teams working on trunk main leakage activities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 8–10 field-based colleagues
