Bridgestone Group are recruiting for Window Fabricators to join a specialist manufacturing team producing high‑quality windows and glazed products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong fabrication skills who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and delivering top‑class finished products.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate aluminium windows, doors and related systems to technical drawings.
- Measure, cut, assemble and finish aluminium profiles using a range of tools and machinery.
- Install hardware, gaskets, beading and glazing components.
- Operate saws, CNC machines, crimpers, punch tools and other fabrication equipment (training provided if needed).
- Ensure all work meets quality, performance and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organised working environment and follow all health & safety procedures.
About You
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Competent with hand tools, machinery and aluminium assembly techniques.
- A reliable team player with good communication skills.
- Able to work to production targets without compromising quality.
