Reporting directly to our Recruitment Director, you’ll focus on developing new business and strengthening client relationships within our target sectors. You’ll have the freedom, autonomy, and full support of the business to deliver outstanding results your way. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is ready to make a measurable impact.

Key Duties:

  • Develop new business opportunities across our specialist recruitment sectors within the branch network.
  • Identify, target, and win new clients to support company growth targets.
  • Drive and support sales plans, tender proposals, and present the Bridgestone model to prospective clients.
  • Work with the Marketing team to create and implement impactful sales campaigns and marketing strategies.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and growth.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted ambassador for Bridgestone Group.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends.
  • Seek new opportunities to increase market share within existing and new markets.
  • Analyse sales data to identify growth potential and inform business strategy.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in B2B business development or recruitment sales, ideally within industrial, construction, or logistics sectors.
  • A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage your own time effectively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • A passion for growth, innovation, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Full UK driving license & own vehicle.
