Reporting directly to our Recruitment Director, you’ll focus on developing new business and strengthening client relationships within our target sectors. You’ll have the freedom, autonomy, and full support of the business to deliver outstanding results your way.
- Develop new business opportunities across our specialist recruitment sectors within the branch network.
- Drive and support sales plans, tender proposals, and present the Bridgestone model to prospective clients.
- Work with the Marketing team to create and implement impactful sales campaigns and marketing strategies.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and growth.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted ambassador for Bridgestone Group.
- Analyse sales data to identify growth potential and inform business strategy.
Proven experience in B2B business development or recruitment sales, ideally within industrial, construction, or logistics sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships.
Full UK driving license & own vehicle.
ÂŁ40,000 P.A plus bespoke commission package and car allowance.
