About The Role Consumer Pricing Lead Job Purpose At the regional/market level, following HQ guidelines, the successful candidate will lead Pricing for all Consumer and Commercial products. This role ensures alignment between the go-to-market strategy and operational execution, enabling seamless communication and effective decision-making to drive business growth, profitability, and operational excellence. This role reports directly to the Sales Operations Manager with a functional reporting line to HQ Pricing, while operationally will work fostering strong relationship with regional Sales Leaders to understand market dynamics, incorporate regional insights into decision making process and create actionable plans to drive sales performance. The successful candidate will improve efficiency and streamline operations in coordination with HQ through standardization, simplification and leveraging on digital transformation keeping high focus on customer centricity.
