Bridgestaff Group are looking for passionate, customer-focused Retail Stylists to join a leading premium beauty and technology brand in Cribbs Causeway
This is an exciting seasonal opportunity starting immediately and running through to and including the Christmas period.
Please note
Successful candidates must be available to work Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.

Shift Pattern
30hours per week; 4 days-Thursday & Friday: 10am to 6.30pm, Saturday 10am to 7pm & Sunday 11am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging styling and product demonstrations for customers in-store.
- Provide an authentic, premium customer experience that inspires confidence and trust.
- Understand individual customer needs and recommend the most suitable products and solutions.
- Drive sales performance and achieve agreed targets and KPIs.
- Support and participate in in-store events and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with store colleagues and key stakeholders.
- Promote product knowledge and educate customers on features and benefits.
- Act as a passionate ambassador for a leading beauty and technology brand.
About You
- Previous retail experience is essential, ideally within beauty, haircare, cosmetics, or a customer-facing environment.
- Passionate about beauty, styling, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Confident demonstrating products and engaging with customers.
- Sales-focused with the ability to work towards and achieve targets.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven to deliver strong personal performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable providing product advice and educating customers.
- Able to coach and share knowledge with colleagues and store teams.
- Available throughout the seasonal period, including
Christmas Eve and Boxing Day .
