You’ll deliver high-quality rigging and lifting training, helping develop the next generation of professionals in the industry. This is a fantastic opportunity with full training provided to step off the tools while staying within the sector and sharing your expertise.
Duties
- Deliver high-quality rigging and lifting training (classroom & practical)
- Demonstrate safe use of lifting equipment, slinging techniques, and rigging methods
- Assess candidate competence through practical and theoretical evaluations
- Provide clear coaching, guidance, and feedback to support learner progression
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards and industry regulations
- Maintain accurate training records and assessment documentation
- Adapt delivery to suit different experience levels and learning styles
- Promote a strong safety-first culture at all times
- Stay up to date with industry standards and best practice
- Deliver training both on-site and at training facilities across the region
What we are looking for:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Rigging
- Strong safety focus and industry knowledge
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable
- Great work ethic and team player mindset
- Willingness to travel within South Wales & South West England
- Full UK driving licence
