Due to a strong secured workload, we are currently seeking an experienced CCDO Demolition Supervisor to join a growing and well-established demolition contractor in South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take on a key site leadership role within a busy and forward-thinking business.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day demolition activities on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising demolition operatives on-site
  • Delivering toolbox talks and coordinating daily site activities
  • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures
  • Monitoring progress and maintaining project schedules
  • Liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients

About You

  • Proven experience within the demolition sector
  • Strong knowledge of demolition methods, including robotic demolition and asbestos removal
  • Demonstrable experience supervising teams and managing site operations
  • Good understanding of health & safety, risk assessments, and incident reporting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • CCDO Supervisor card essential (CCDO Operatives with SSSTS or looking to step up will also be considered for alternative roles)
  • Full UK driving licence
