HGV Class 2 Tipper Drivers – Gloucester Area
We are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Tipper Drivers on behalf of a well-established and growing operation based out of the Gloucestershire area.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable drivers looking for ongoing local work with the potential for temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates.
The Role
- Local site work across Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud and surrounding areas
- Driving 32-tonne 8-wheel vehicles
- Monday to Friday work only
- Start times between 5:30am–6:30am
- Typically completing 6–8 loads per day
- PDA-based work management
- Mainly local and built-up area driving rather than long motorway routes
- Driver Requirements
- Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Tipper experience preferred but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued
- Full training and buddy support provided initially
- Open to newly qualified drivers with the right approach and enthusiasm
- Ideally based within around 40 minutes of Gloucester due to early starts
