Our projects range in value from £5k to £15m, taking the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various schemes, and supporting our valued Tier 1 contractor clients in a subcontractor and off-site manufacturing capacity.
Role Purpose
Working specifically on the Severn Trent Delivery Frameworks, managing water industry construction and engineering projects - ensuring full CDM compliance across our sites.
The Role
- Contracted to 42.5hrs per week Monday to Friday.
- To be responsible for managing M&E installations in accordance with Bridges Health & Safety.
- Ensure that all items are installed to the highest standards.
- To follow and actively promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment.
- Promote and demonstrate the Bridges' values when dealing with peers, staff, customers, and clients.
Requirements
- Experience in managing M&E sites.
- Experience in a civil/utilities environment.
- Site health and safety card.
- SMSTS.
- Appropriate trade certificate/qualification.
- Good client management and communication skills.
- Fit for work medical.
Desirable
- Black Card CSCS.
- Water industry experience.
- EUSR, IPAF, PASMA, confined space.
